TS2Corp's two principals, Rand C. Lewis, Ph.D. and Gary D. Vest, AICP, have a combined total of 84 years organization and business experience (52 years U.S. Department of Defense and 32 years private sector small business, universities and other government). The central theme of their experience has been Engagement and Asset (people, facilities, infrastructure and equipment) Protection. They have worked in many different organizations at all levels. Their conceptual framework is based on an understanding of, and experience in, how technology (primarily from the basic sciences of physics, chemistry and biology) and knowledge collection and application can be applied through process and methodology to address a major portion of the Asset Security and Protection equation. TS2Corp assists clients through the planning, preparation, protection and prevention phases that form the foundation for the response, recover, reconstitute and rebuild functions.

Their conceptual framework is based on an understanding of, and experience in, how 1) technology (primarily from the basic sciences of physics, chemistry and biology); 2) historical research, analysis and documentation; and 3) knowledge collection and application can be applied through process, methodology, publication, education and engagement to address major portions of the contemporary Asset Planning, Optimization, Security, Protection, Management and Continuity of Operations equation.

TS2Corp principals, associates and staff have an extensive experience and understanding base in threat and risk identification, characterization, assessment and management. They understand how to help others prepare for natural and disaster events (climate change, earth quakes, cyclones, hurricanes, tornados, and tidal waves and tsunamis) and human generated destructive actions (military/national security; terrorist; criminal; industrial/trade espionage; and technology, intellectual property, information, identity and financial theft). They also understand the threat media and tools such as nuclear, chemical, biological, explosive, directed energy and radiation.

Dr. Lewis and Mr. Vest work with TS2Corp associates, advisors and staff and other company teaming partners to provide client services. The TS2Corp associates, advisors & staff have (over 40 professionals holding 85 degrees [Doctorate-13, Masters-33, Bachelors-39] in over 50 disciplines with over 1250 years professional experience, of which over 425 years is with the U.S. Government (nearly 375 years experience with the U. S. Dodd -- OSD, unified combatant commands, military department secretariats, National Guard Bureau, and at all levels in the Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force). They have worked at or for several security agencies, the Agency for International Development (AID) and U. S. Departments of Commerce, Education, Energy, Homeland Security, Interior and State. They have worked in many different organizations at all levels as SES and military Colonels and Lt Colonels and civilian equivalents. They are former company executives and senior professionals in facilities, infrastructure, real property sales and development, information technology, telecommunications, banking and finance, accounting, hospital administration, insurance, product manufacturing, law, education, theology, music promotion, research, publishing, journalism, energy, ESOH, international relations and business, local government, law enforcement and diplomatic security.
