Small and Medium Size Business Counsel, Advice, Investment and Action
The TS2Corp focus area is small and medium sized companies and organizations serving U.S., state and local governments and international markets with emphasis on worldwide physical and information security; infrastructure; installations; facilities; and environment, health and safety activities and operations. TS2Corp provides a full range of consulting services and will provide outsourcing services such as business development/marketing; pre-proposal planning, programming and budgeting; proposal preparation and management; staffing; and contract, grant or cooperative agreement reporting, administration and financial management. TS2Corp, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), will also team with partners for Federal contracts as the prime or as a subcontractor or participate in joint ventures.
The overall TS2Corp objective for small and medium size businesses is to provide services resulting in new business and retained/expanded existing business consistent with the focus of identified client goals and objectives in the context of public policy driven markets (international, national, state and/or local). The approach is strategic, starting with recognition and understanding of applicable interactive macro forces and then moving down to action level in the tactical environment. TS2Corp assists small and medium size businesses obtain investment capital and helps investors find the right companies in which to invest. TS2Corp also provides the assessments, plans and, as appropriate, executive, managerial and support personnel to implement plans to realize return on investment.
Whether it is for the whole company or organization, a specific product or a line of service, the overall process, as appropriate, includes: 1) review and clear understanding of the company or organization, its capabilities, and its goals and objectives, 2) capability and situation analysis 3) market understanding 4) alternative strategies development, and 5) preparation of campaign (strategic) and action (tactical) plans to achieve goals and objectives and capture market by clearly defining the who, what, why, where, when and how for the company or organization to implement. The principals and associates participate in meetings with the company or organization officers and other staff as appropriate. TS2Corp can either assist the company or organization or perform complete functions such as:

- Daily advising and consultation
- Conducting due diligence
- Prospective teaming partner and employee identification, evaluation and assessment
- Development of a target list of prospects within designated programs
- Identification and facilitation of strategic business partnerships between the company or organization and complementary companies or organizations

- Developed and implement growth, investor and exit strategies
- Extensive experience and skills in oversight; personnel and financial resource planning and management; contract management oversight; policy and oversight of technology and information management programs; communication (including Congressional representation and testimony), advocacy and representation; organization development and management; leadership; and strategic planning
- Supervised staffs of up to 150 people
- Overseen the planning, programming, budgeting and execution of multiple annual budgets, some in excess of $5 billion
- Served as senior advisor, analyst, consultant, CEO, president, and chairman and member of boards of directors or advisory boards for public and private for-profit and non-profit companies and organizations including start-up technology-based proprietorships, product manufactures and distributors, environmental solutions corporations, Federally certified/recognized small businesses and a $1 billion plus publicly held service corporation

- Led and/or participated in the full range of business development (BD) and marketing activities including development of strategies, organization and management of marketing and sales networks; preparation of briefings and collateral material; and proposal strategy, preparation, review and presentation
