TS2Corp is a conduit between the world of Engagement and Asset Protection science and technology and the organizations that need to protect their assets. TS2Corp builds and operates teams of individuals and companies specifically tailored to the client needs at cost effective, efficient and affordable rates. TS2Corp provides seamless training, information, and practical high-tech solutions to meet the diverse needs associated with homeland, industrial, personal and infrastructure security.

The TS2Corp focus areas are government agencies and the small to medium sized companies and organizations serving that serve U.S., state and local governments and international markets, with emphasis on engagement; worldwide physical and information security; infrastructure; installations; facilities; and environment, health and safety activities and operations. TS2Corp provides a full range of consulting services and will provide outsourcing services such as business development/marketing; pre-proposal planning, programming and budgeting; proposal preparation and management; staffing; and contract, grant or cooperative agreement reporting, administration and financial management. TS2Corp, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), also teams with partners for Federal contracts as the prime or as a subcontractor or participate in joint ventures.

  • Develop strategies for dealing with Federal agencies
  • Identify and develop strategies for optimizing use of existing Federal programs and activities
  • Advise on opportunities with the United States military
  • Advise on the full range of Federal laws, regulations, policies and programs in the areas of homeland, physical and information security; environment, safety and occupational health (ESOH); fire and emergency services; public-private partnerships; and city, urban, regional and land use planning
  • Advise on small business relationships with Federal Government and international business relationships/opportunities
Whether it is for the whole company or organization, a specific product or a line of service, the overall process, as appropriate, includes: 1) review and clear understanding of the company or organization, its capabilities, and its goals and objectives, 2) capability and situation analysis 3) market understanding 4) alternative strategies development, and 5) preparation of campaign (strategic) and action (tactical) plans to achieve goals and objectives and capture market by clearly defining the who, what, why, where, when and how for the company or organization to implement. The principals and associates participate in meetings with the company or organization officers and other staff as appropriate.
